Meet Christina, a proud native of the Pacific Northwest who embarked on her escrow journey back in 2007. Throughout her career, Christina has gained invaluable experience in various aspects of escrow, ranging from managing an escrow desk to excelling in customer service, sales, and even leadership. What she truly adores about the world of escrow is the ever-changing nature of each transaction, customer, co-worker, and unique experience it all brings. In 2013, Christina found her perfect fit at Fidelity, where she thrives in the dynamic and supportive environment the company offers. Her dedication and expertise have consistently placed her among the top 5% in volume for FNF nationwide, allowed her to complete FNF Leadership coaching and be part of the FNF Emerging Leadership group. Beyond her professional achievements, Christina cherishes time spent with family and friends, cooking, tending to her garden, and enjoying the company of her beloved pets.

I've been at multiple jobs will all sorts of managers and she was by far the best and one that will stick with me for a long time! Goodness, where to even start... Christina has been my direct manager for just about a year now and I'm so sad to see her leave us! She's one of the biggest reasons I decided to make the jump to Fidelity Title and she will truly be missed. I may not have been in the industry long enough to go through too many management changes but I know our office lucked out with having Christina as our branch manager and she leaves very big shoes to fill.
I started working in her branch after a couple years of travelling between 5 locations as coverage assistance. She was still pretty new to our operation so I hadn't had much interaction with her before. I was nervous, as the office had previously been between managers for some time and had a disconnected energy that I never found a way to fit in around. But let me tell you, I couldn't be more surprised at the transformation she made to the atmosphere in such a short time.
Christina is truly gifted at connecting with every person individually, recognizing their strengths and using them to bring a group together. Our office went from coworkers to feeling like a true work family that I've never had before. We've been shown how the best managers aren't necessarily the ones who exude top-dog energy but the ones who make you feel as an equal.
On top of all of this she is as efficient as she is kind, extremely experienced and knowledgeable and conjures up Christmas spirit with her holiday decorating skills. Her impact has left a mark on this office that will stand after she leaves and I am a better person for knowing her.
