The first time I had the pleasure of doing business with Katie Brown with Shawn Fischer's State Farm office was when my husband and I took out a policy in May of 2008. Katie has consistency conducted herself in a professional and yet personable manner, always quickly providing informative answers and making herself available for any further concerns or question we may have. We have never considered taking our policies elsewhere; Katie Brown--and the entire staff at Shawn Fischer's State Farm office--are simply the best in the business.
The Fischer Insurance Agency has been one of the best insurance experiences that my family has had yet in our lives. They are always very attentive to us and our needs. When I am unable to make it to their Chesapeake location, (I live in VA Beach), they are more than willing to come to me no matter how big or small. I have never had a problem reaching them on either the office via phone or e-mail or even their cell phones. Shawn Fischer, Katie Brown and their team have been a saving grace in our lives in many ways and we cannot recommend anyone who will make your insurance experience any better!
