Ashley Lerma quickly undertook two actions that were very useful. First, I was asked to resubmit a form. She provided the form by email. However, my printer was not working. She provided this form by FedEx. Second, as per my request, she promptly provided a copy of all the signed mortgage forms. Customers of Fidelity National would greatly appreciate Ashley's such efforts.
