I can not say enough good things about our home buying experience with Jenna. Jenna worked hard to find us the properties that had everything we were looking for. The amount of acreage, the location, good schools, etc. This was no easy task as we were fairly specific. She patiently showed us many homes that my husband or I would like, but not both of us! When our dream home came on the market suddenly, she worked with the owners realtor to get us in quickly for a viewing. A lot of obstacles came up with the sale of our previous home (as well as issues with the owners of the dream home at the time) that could have derailed the purchase of our dream home but she did not allow that to happen. She went above and beyond at every obstacle that showed up and honestly is the reason we are in a home that we love, living our dream mini farm life for 3 years now. As an added bonus, she is incredibly personable and we enjoyed our time with her so much that we stay in touch and recommend her highly to anyone we hear may be looking for a home in our area.

I have known Jenna Ruperto for many years so when it came time to sell our home in Modesto, CA, I really wanted to work with someone who I knew would be honest with us and give us real commitment. That person was 100% Jenna.
She was so responsive to us and to the challenges that came with selling a house while living on the other side of the country. Any transaction like this comes with inherent stress and that was compounded by the fact that my husband and I were unexpectedly in two different states for closing (he was in TN and I was in MA!). So many parts of that could have gone wrong but, while I KNOW it was a tremendous challenge behind the scenes, Jenna made it seem effortless and everything went off without a single hiccup.
Since moving to TN, I have become a licensed real estate agent and I now have an even better understanding of what an agent like Jenna brings to her job.
