Gordon helped us with our first re-fi right at the time when rates were very low and just about to go up. The process was somewhat complicated and demanding due to various banking rules and my freelance income, but Gordon took the time to explain everything thoughtfully and coherently and he did a superb job navigating all the requirements. We haven't dealt with another broker so we don't have a basis for comparison but I'm pretty sure we were spoiled by Gordon's patience, intelligence and persistence. He got us a historically low rate and handled it all beautifully. Highly recommend!
