I appreciated Fernando's understanding of how a small business person can get busy and he was very patient with my paperwork requirements. Fernando Espina was the loan officer that helped me with my home equity loan. Because I had co-signed a loan with my sister, I had to get her loan information to complete the process. She ran into a series of problems getting the information for me. It delayed my loan be almost three months!. Through all the delays Fernando was patient, helpful, responsive and professional. Going into the HELOC process I had a lot of anxiety. I'd just had a construction loan fall through for a project that needed to start ASAP. Working with Fernando was a dream, though.
