We reached out to home street for a new HELOC as our existing one is reaching the end of it's draw period. Kayce was very easy to work with and had answers to all our questions readily available. She also used an incredibly efficient notary for signing docs. It was easy to upload everything requested to the HS portal and kayce quickly verified anything we were confused about as far as documentation. We would work with her again in a heartbeat
