(I have been in finance and worked with plenty of mortgage officers over the years) Kevin was always so professional, and responded to my stupid questions incredible quick. Please be advised that we relocated from the east coast to Vancouver WA. We purchased our home for cash. We had decided to secure a HELCO for major home renovations post close.

We engage Kevin to assist in the application and approval process. At a very high level we found Kevin to be knowledgeable, thorough, prompt and professional. There were no surprises and everything that he described to us regarding the HELCO process and timelines were exact.

Kevin is great. He helped us finance our home and also was with us when we decided to tap into our equity as well. He responds to questions in a prompt manner and it never feels like I am being “sold” something. He provides direct answers to questions and never made me feel like I was getting into something I did not want to. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for financing a home.

12 out of 10, I would highly recommend Kevin as your mortgage lender! We were first-time home buyers and Kevin went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure we were well informed of the loan terms as well as all the checkpoints from pre-approval to closing. He patiently and quickly answered all of my obscure questions in a detailed yet concise manner. We were empowered to make our own decision on our loan type without being steered one way or another. Kevin laid out all of the facts and explained the pros and cons of each path. He worked very well in concert with our realtor and the title company. I compared our pre-approval with a couple other lenders and discovered rates to be rather similar, but Kevin's service was high and above what I found elsewhere. We are grateful to have had such a stellar lender with our first home purchase and will recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for home financing. The housing market has been crazy this last year with large ups and downs. I am grateful to have worked with Kevin during this process. He was great! He's organized, efficient, and reaches/ replies promptly. I can personally say he helped out during crunch time on multiple occasions. When we made offers he helped with letters, we looked at multiple houses and made numerous offers (he wrote so many letter, sorry Kevin!). For our loan, we had a little bit of crunch and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close on the house. I am extremely grateful to him, he was essential to the process of us getting our house.

TLDR: I would strongly recommend Kevin. He's got your back!
