She kept me posted and informed. She knows the areas really well such as Los Altos, Menlo Park, Palo Alto and San Jose. She listened carefully to what I wanted and she always has my best interests in mind. She did a fantastic job of staging and marketing my homes and they got sold very quickly!. She understands pricing so well that I received multiple offers. Her follow up is amazing. She is very good at getting the client to offer more and has different strategies to motivate buyers. She networks with agents and knows how to position the property in the market to get qualified offers. She is my go to agent for all my real estate needs.
