We couldn’t have been happier with the experience of buying our new home with David and his team. From our first interaction through closing and beyond, they were outstanding. What set David apart for us was his honesty, practical advice grounded in years of experience, genuine care for his clients, and, above all, his follow-through. When David gave his word, we knew we could count on him to deliver. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and would work with him again without a second thought.

David just sold a condo unit for me in a high-end high-rise in downtown San Jose. The sale was a pleasant surprise for me because I had tried to sell the same unit a year back and had to remove the listing because of no offer. When David's staff initially reached out to me via a cold call, I was quite skeptical given my experience from the previous year and more importantly I had a tenant in place. However David offered me an option with very little downside. He offered to list and sell the unit with the tenant in place, this made my decision to go with David easy.

After signing up with David as my agent, he and his team took care of everything and I was pretty much hands-off traveling. I had a good cooperating tenant who also made the process easy. David and his team managed the whole process very smoothly, while keeping me informed all along.

A few things clearly stood out thru the entire 2-3 months of the selling process.
1. David was on top of the entire process and engaged at all critical points
2. David managed the sales negotiations with the buyers agent with skill and firmness
3. David is highly motivated, result-driven and articulate
4. His entire team kept the ball moving on the follow-ups

Overall I'm very pleased with the service that David provided and happy to recommend him to my friends and will myself use his services in the future when need arises.

David is the best
I had never sold a house before but I know I wanted to hire the best. David was helpful through the entire process. He knows what he’s doing. Extremely professional, fights fiercely for his clients. I was confident he would give me the best price on my home and he did exactly that. He has a great eye for design and renovation. The house was so nice after remodel it was a shame I had to sell it. But I’m glad I did- I got an amazing offer the first weekend it was listed. David does so much behind the scenes to ensure the process is quick and profitable

I hired David Azimi and his team earlier this year to help me sell my house in Richmond. I’d had it on the market for about 7 months of the prior year with another agent, who was unable to sell it. Consequently, I was not optimistic.

But I was immediately taken with David’s enthusiasm and assurance that ‘we’ll get this baby sold and I won’t stop until we do.’ Sales hype, I thought, but I went with him because that kind of energy is exactly what I needed. Then he sprang into action and I saw the difference between an agent who is fully committed to selling your property vs. one who isn’t.

My prior realtors had one or two open houses spread over a couple of weekends and then a call for offers. When that didn’t produce offers, they did pretty much nothing except leave the listing up along with a sign in front of my house.

Not David. First of all, he had two open houses every weekend and after a few calls for offers didn’t produce anything, he ramped up the effort and continued to have 2 open houses per weekend and promised to continue that until the place sold. He kept me apprised all along the way of developments and never flagged in his enthusiasm.

He also helped me stage some parts of the house without having to stage the whole thing and never charged me for it. And he had his cleaning team go through the house at no charge to clean both the inside and outside for the showing. And then, for the first showing, he had a small band to create a festive atmosphere. All at no charge.

When the house didn’t sell initially (it was a 2/2 not a 3/2, which seriously impacted its sellability), we dropped the price significantly to generate more traffic. After something like 6 weekends of two open houses we got one offer. Just one. And from that, he was able to wrangle over $100k above asking. I have no idea how the hell he did that. But he did that.

Bottom line: if you want a realtor with the tenacity of an attack dog and the sophistication of someone who’s been at this for a long time, hire David Azimi and his sons and team. No one will take better care of you and help you sell your house.

I can’t say enough great things about David. This was my second time working with him and both experiences were outstanding. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, consistently responsive, and truly easy to work with. Each transaction was smooth and completely stress‑free thanks to his professionalism and guidance.
