Juan had the two most important qualities I was looking for in a realtor. The first being responsiveness. He replied quickly to all inquiries and requests I made. As a result, we were able to go from introductions to closing in just under 3 weeks. The second quality is proactiveness. Juan reached out even after closing to make sure that I had moved in properly with no issues, and that all post-closing agreements were fulfilled. Helped out a lot on the burden of responsibility since there's a lot of do. Obviously, there was also the basics, courtesy and professionalism.
