We have large senior dogs that aren't people friendly. We knew just showing the house would be stressful. She scheduled everything around our needs. We only showed it twice and she sold it!! And she listed it almost 30k over what another agent we almost used was going to list it for. This woman has years of knowledge, combined with amazing organization and negotiating skills.
