Ingrid was a great help as a realtor. As a first time homebuyer, I was very anxious and had many questions and Ingrid was able to answer all of them and always welcomed me asking questions throughout the time it took to find a house. Over the last 2 1/2 years, I’ve worked with four different teams or individuals to sell my home.
The fifth attempt was handled by Mr. Barragan from Intero. The house was listed on May 14, 2026. That’s the day Mr. Barragan said, “let’s get your house sold.” The house began its pending status around 7/11/26, yes, less than two months after its listing.
By 8/13/26, the process was complete, the house was sold.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karina Carrera as a realtor because she did an PHENOMENAL job helping my nephew and I find and buy a house in Tracy. There are so many things that a realtor does and you need someone who is clear, reliable, knowledgeable about a lot of things, responds quickly, and has good business sense. Karina is all this and more.

We told her what we were looking for and she found us more than a dozen houses to look at. She was very knowledgeable about the area and chose a good selection of houses for us. She educated us on the whole process and explained things in a clear way at every step.

When we saw the properties, she knew what to look for and pointed things out to us, ie dry rot, the condition of the roof, etc. She ordered disclosures for us and helped explain what was in them.

Before making the offer she educated us on what contingencies we needed to include, and made sure we understood the importance of each one. She helped us figure out what to offer based on market conditions and research she had done on recent sales in the area.

She handled all the details of getting the house, roof, and pest inspections done (finding contractors, scheduling the inspections, attended the inspections, and ensuring that we got the report). She explained everything in the reports so that we understood what to then negotiate with the seller.

She facilitated the negotiations and made excellent suggestions. When things got delayed because of changes I wanted, she brought up things I hadn’t realized and showed me what the impact might be. She was an excellent advisor.

Throughout the whole process she was easy to reach and quick to respond to any and all of our questions. She was flexible and made changes whenever we needed. She was very patient and understood when we had to make major changes (ie with financing). She facilitated conversations and helped communicate with the lender, seller’s agent, escrow company, and others.

All in all, she was EXCELLENT.

Karis Sandlin was a fantastic relator. She helped us every step of the way to get our new home. We really appreciate everything that she did!

In a very treacherous market, we were trying to sell our vacation home in Copperopolis, CA, in a gated golf community where buyer traffic and new traffic are not always guaranteed.
