Debbie Zaro represented me with a purchase I made of a condominium in Discovery Bay, CA in November 2021. Debbie was quite knowledgeable about not only the condo, but Discovery Bay and the surrounding cities as well.

At the time I made the offer, it was well known that many properties were being sold for over the listed price. As the condo had been on the market for a while, Debbie recommended a much lower offer amount to which I agreed. To my satisfaction, after a very short negotiation, and a small increase of my offer, the seller agreed to accept the offer.

Debbie stayed on top of the escrow process throughout and provided me with updates. The transaction closed without any problems.

Debbie was professional throughout the transaction and was very easy to communicate with. She explained everything clearly and concisely, which was refreshing in a transaction for which one can easily become overwhelmed.

I highly recommend Debbie and if I have the opportunity to buy and or sell in the East Bay area, she will be my go-to real estate agent.

He understands buyers, market trends, and he’ll outline everything you need to know to get your house ready to sell and make the most profit. Both my husband and I work in marketing, and he came to us with a full plan as to what his approach would be to showcase our home in the right way which we thought was well thought through and he executed perfectly!


Steven was recommended to us by a close friend who had used Steven’s realtor services to sell their parent’s home. He was coming highly recommended, but we’re very picky so we asked many questions - all of which he answered showcasing his expertise and attention to making sure we were comfortable. He brought in experts to help us update the house and get it staged. These teams were polite, professional, and incredibly accommodating to our need to have our daughter’s environment be as “normal” as possible while we were going through the process.

Angela is an expert of "all things Livermore" and knew exactly when to hold the Open House for my home. She knew late January 2024 would be best compared to what I thought it should be, late February 2024. I'm so glad I listened to her wisdom because there were fewer houses available in January and that heated up the competition resulting in $81,000 above the listing price.
I had a lot to deal with because of my mother's death and the death of my younger brother as well. It was a Herculean endeavor to get the house ready in 3 months.
