Ingrid was a great help as a realtor. As a first time homebuyer, I was very anxious and had many questions and Ingrid was able to answer all of them and always welcomed me asking questions throughout the time it took to find a house. I was worried about the house I would be able to get but Ingrid found a house that fit my wife and I and within our budget. She made me aware of every step that was going to happen and what the timelines would be so that I would not worry. She also went out of her way to show us houses that weren’t in the local area. With what we wanted in a house, there were very limited options, but Ingrid was able to find us a house that had just got on the market and in the original location we wanted.
