Christine help sell my mom's house in Livermore. I live back east and needed someone to help prepare my mom's house, and remove all the items from the house. We found her on the internet and what a great choice I made. She did an absolute great job. She has resources to do repairs if needed and there were a lot of details with the Homeowners Association that had to be addressed. We received 11 offers after a few days on the market. She sold the house 100K over asking price. I would highly recommend her.
