Debbie Zaro represented me with a purchase I made of a condominium in Discovery Bay, CA in November 2021. Debbie was quite knowledgeable about not only the condo, but Discovery Bay and the surrounding cities as well.
At the time I made the offer, it was well known that many properties were being sold for over the listed price. As the condo had been on the market for a while, Debbie recommended a much lower offer amount to which I agreed. To my satisfaction, after a very short negotiation, and a small increase of my offer, the seller agreed to accept the offer.
Debbie stayed on top of the escrow process throughout and provided me with updates. The transaction closed without any problems.
Debbie was professional throughout the transaction and was very easy to communicate with. She explained everything clearly and concisely, which was refreshing in a transaction for which one can easily become overwhelmed.
I highly recommend Debbie and if I have the opportunity to buy and or sell in the East Bay area, she will be my go-to real estate agent.
