What a process to buy a home and I could have not done it without Catherine. I am so blessed to have met her, she made this experience so wonderful that we will always remember her on how nice, knowledgeable and efficient she was. We greatly appreciate Catherine as our case was a bit challenging. We both wanted a specific style of home in 2 of the top neighborhoods of Palo Alto on top of being a rental. We were referred to Catherine and she has proven to be incredibly patient and knowledgeable in the area. We connected and started working with Catherine in Oct 2021. Although we found a home at the time, it turned out not to be the one for us. We remained in touch over the months. In March 2022, when the home hit the market, Catherine booked the first appointment for us and we were immediately smitten. She asked all the right questions to make sure we would be the first applicants and set proper expectations. After we submitted the application, the agent told us they were holding an open house and had a handful of other applicants. Catherine found a way to persuade the listing agent to cancel the open house and prioritize our application with a few other tricks. During our walk-through, we went through each room together and noted any knicks, she explained that we would be responsible upon moving out for anything not noted on the contract. I highly recommend Catherine and will recommend her to people we know who are looking to buy and sell. She's honest, diligent, transparent, and communicative.
