“In 1994 my husband and I were 25yrs old with 3 children when we bought our first home in Alameda, Ca. Within 24yrs we bought 5 homes more homes.
We accomplished this with no financial assistance from any family or friends, But a ton of motivation and determination.
We've fallen at times but always got back up and kept going stronger, while being more determined than the last time. “

Working With Palega & Palega has been the most wonderful and smoothest experience ever. We were super nervous going into buying our first home, using our VA Loan, and all the fine details that come along with it. Our credit wasn’t perfect and needed to up our credit score a tad. They helped to link us up with the right people to get our credit score squared away. Finding a home was actually really simple with Jazmin and Candida. All the homes in all the zip codes that my wife and I were interested in- they already had print outs with contacts and viewing times: so we knew they were doing their homework way ahead of schedule. Being first time buyers was challenging at first, we were always being outbid or seller would go a different direction which became exhausting to the point where my wife and I almost gave up and just stuck to renting. Candida was highly motivated and told us do not be discouraged and let’s move on to the next house, there were times where my wife and I wanted to just give up but Candida was persistent, assuring us that we will find our house. we eventually found our house and have Candida to thank on making the dream become a reality.
