For the most recent 12 years, Tracey has been a Senior Consultant and Managing Director of Business Development, and now Vice President of IPX1031, helping facilitate 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. Prior to joining IPX1031, Tracey had over 13 years of investment banking experience with Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and Zurich, and Merrill Lynch in New York, Denver, and Hong Kong. He is a certified instructor with the State of Colorado Real Estate Division, Colorado State Bar Association, and the Colorado Society of CPAs providing CE accredited classes. Tracey has been an adjunct faculty member of Regis University teaching accounting, finance, economics, and statistics. He has a BS in Finance and Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and is currently working on his MS in Accounting.

Tracey presented an excellent class which had experienced as well as fairly new brokers and a few investors. He made some fairly complex information really easy for all to understand, answered all questions and made sure everyone understood the material before he moved on. He is very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge willingly. Excellent instructor. This was by far the best 1031 class I have ever taken. Have been doing 1031 exchanges for quite sometime, both for myself and for my clients. Think it is important to keep up to date on changes and Tracey was excellent at explaining some of those changes and answering questions.
