A 2nd generation title insurance worker, Danita started with Security Title Guaranty Co. in 1981 before transferring to sister company First American Heritage Title Company in 1992 where she enjoyed managing production and marketing efforts for over 15 years. Danita’s main focus is to help closers simplify the transaction by handling all 1031 details and answering any questions that may arise in order to have a thoroughly satisfied client and perfectly seamless transaction. She brings to IPX1031 an excellent understanding of customer service and how to get the job done!
