I found Rick's 1031 Exchange Continuing Education class to be super beneficial. Although I have worked on 1031 Exchanges before ,I didn't truly know all the benefits and requirements of this program. Rick was able to show me many ways I can utilize this knowledge to help my clients and generate more leads. I'm also going to be leveraging this information to build my own real estate portfolio. A typical real estate continuing education is pretty boring, but this was presented expertly by Rick in a way that will add a ton of value to my business and made the time fly. Six stars for Rick!
