I am an enthusiastic and dedicated residential real estate agent who believes above all in clients first! I sincerely love what I do for a living, and feel that it shows in my results. I am passionate about my hometown, St. Louis. I was born and raised in Frontenac and Brentwood, and as an adult have lived in Demun, Lafayette Square, Tower Grove East, and currently, historic Shaw. I know just about every neighborhood in St. Louis, and love exploring the diverse real estate this city has to offer. I am a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, which is my favorite city in the country after St. Louis (of course!). My partner and mentor, Jill Kelly, and I have been working together since 2014. With 40+ years of combined experience in the St. Louis real estate market, Jill and I truly enjoy what we do - we work hard for our clients and love to have fun along the way! Without a doubt, my favorite part of this job is getting to know my clients and helping them fulfill their personal real estate goals.

Krissy was amazingly helpful in our search for a new home. We did not live in the area and she was so helpful in checking out houses for us so that we only made the trip to St. Louis if a listing really had potential. She saved us many, many trips. She actually found the perfect home for us before it even went on the market. She was great in guiding us through making an offer, completing the contract, getting the inspection, and closing. Krissy did a great job selling our home and we'd recommend her to anyone. She knows St. Louis incredibly well, especially our area in Tower Grove. She was always available for a call, was amazing at talking through big decisions, and had a great team of contacts. She sold our house fast in a slow market. You would be stupid to NOT go with Krissy as your realtor. I would argue with anyone that my wife and I were trying to buy a home in one of the hardest climates for first time home buyers. With Krissy’s expertise, positivity, and compassion. We were able to find the perfect home for us. Saying that Krissy is one of, if not, the best realtor in STL is an understatement. 2 qualities that Krissy exhibited the entire time we were looking for a property that make her one of the best at what she does are:
1) communication, emails, texts, Phone calls were all answered and returned quickly and professionally and not just to me but the seller agents, our loan administrator, title companies...everyone.
2) she always had our best interest in mind. I never once thought she was pushing/persuading us to go a specific way just so she could close a deal and make a check!
