As a Business Development Officer, Kelsey Vincent brings extensive experience in nurturing client relationships and helping her clients grow their business opportunities. Prior to joining JVM, Kelsey was the branch director for a leading IT recruitment and staffing company where she hired, trained, and managed her own team of talented account managers and technical recruiters in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Focusing on developing and cultivating current and new client relationships, Kelsey consistently generated close to $5,000 in weekly revenues and grew the company’s customer base significantly. Kelsey brings her affinity for entrepreneurship and engagement to JVM, where she helps our agent partners expand their businesses and exploit new opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market.
Kelsey is a Texas native who grew up in the small town of Waxahachie, before recently making the transition to the city life of Dallas. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys all things outdoors! You can often find her bringing her a-game to sand volleyball tournaments, hiking the local trails, and playing with her dachshund, Copper.
