Selling the home he’d inhabited nearly 75 years and moving into an apartment was torture for my sentimental husband. Less so for me; it was time. After much due diligence, I contacted CC. If she didn’t know the answer to a question, she found it and responded promptly. CC was great to work with from the start! She put us in touch with a very helpful and responsive lender right away. Then as we started to look at homes, she added notes to many of the listings that we're incredibly valuable! She pointed out a potential lack of fucntioning AC, a bad location, and notified of us of disclosed issues. It made the search much easier. She continued to have our best interest in mind and would be honest if she didn't think a home was a good fit and gave her stamp of approval when she did see a good opportunity. She's extremely responsive and answered all my (many) calls and texts quickly. If you are looking for a realator, look no further! We have used CC on two separate occasions, our first home, and then our forever home. Through both occasions she listened to what we were looking for and helped us find two beautiful homes as well as selling for the first time. She walked us through the entire process and was there anytime we had questions or concerns. She also did a great job through selling our first home and giving us advise on how to prepare the house for sale.
