Pam is a great asset in selling and representing your property for sale. Her method and process for selling your property is very effective and productive. We were able to secure a contract one week after the property was listed.

Pam stage the property and listed it accordingly to the area’s market comparable values to acquire the best contract price. She was invaluable in addressing out of the ordinary request and situation. Pam will represent all my future real estate ventures. She is an asset to her Real Estate firm.

Pam Forsberg was great to work with! She was understanding of our challenging family situation selling our parents’ home. Pam listened and had great suggestions. She did a great job staging the home and the photos were well done. With Pam’s guidance, we negotiated successfully and sold it on the first day with a cash offer above listed price. We were very satisfied with her professionalism. We would recommend her to everyone!

After 55 years I needed to move my elderly father out of his home in Lombard. As soon as the home was listed we had a larger number of prospective buyers visit the home and within days we had a cash offer that was over the listing price.

Where Pam really shined is that she has a team of professionals that cleaned up the house to make it move in ready and to also sort through reams of documents to identify the items in importance and to also assist in the sale of household furnishings. The entire process from listing to closing took about three weeks and I could not have been happier with her performance. I strongly recommend Pam to anyone looking to bur or sell a property.

Pam did an amazing job selling our estate sale house. She was helpful in recommending what needed to be done to the house before putting it on the market and helping find vendors to get repairs completed. With her knowledge of the market she recommended a price that allowed us to book numerous showings and we received multiple offers within 48 hours of the house being on the market. She was always responsive and very helpful in the sale and closing process. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Pam was incredible helping me land my first rental house and really worked with the owner to get me in. We hit it off immediately and was such a fun and exciting experience.
