Sue was amazing. She walked me through the contract. Told me what was going to happen.

Recommended repair people to make my home more saleable.

Sue and Amy came to my house and took 3 pieces of my furniture that I had difficulty giving away.
They also took my hazardous waste.

Amy took photographs of my home which greatly shown my home beautifully.

The Sue Pearce team did an amazing job helping us find our first home. As first time home buyers they made a daunting process go smoothly. They answered all our questions and even brought things to our attention on houses that would pose problems in the future that we had never noticed. They really made us feel secure in the decisions and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I highly recommend Team Sue Pearce! I used them to sell my duplex and buy my condo, both in Lombard in 2018. Both the sale of my duplex and the purchase of my condo were problematic (not their fault at all) and they stuck with me to the bitter end and went to bat for me on numerous occasions. They are true professionals and helped me through every stage of the sale and purchase process. I recommend them here, but also by mouth every time I get the chance.

Love Sue Pearce and her team. They are truly no nonsense. There were many snags in our closing and Sue calmed our fears and gave us good advice on how to handle them. Her experience as a realtor helped us work through the delays. I highly recommend Sue Pearce and her team!

Sue and her team are absolutely amazing, from beginning to end and beyond. My family has used Sue in the past for various purchases and sales, however, I had never gone through the process myself. As a first time home buyer and buying in this market, I was scared, fearful and anxious every step of the way. Sue is not only knowledgeable and knows her stuff like no one else, her team is just as knowledgeable and supportive. Sue made the process feel as least stressful as possible (buying a home is stressful in itself), always took the time to answer all of my many questions no matter the time of day, and also explained all the new terms and concepts that play into being a first time home buyer. Six months later, I was back working with Sue on a residential project I am working on at the agency I work for. She successfully found us another home, which was a hard find and an even more difficult list of needs, and made the deal happen.
