JoAnn was simply amazing throughout all the steps of buying a home! Right from the start she was very professional, bringing in printed out listings and knowledge of each property. Not only that she was extremely kind and receptive to our feedback in our preferences. She was always positive and eager to look at any listing we asked and always quick to respond to set up a showing or to answer any questions. On top of that she was always willing to write up an offer and vouch for us. Id recommend JoAnn to anyone looking for a house!

I’ll just start by saying that I never write reviews, however Joann did such an AMAZING job, I seeked it out this time. Prior to the purchase of our new home which again Joann did an amazing job with, my wife and I were in the market for over 2 years with multiple failed bids using a different realtor. We thought she was doing a good job, and we were just having bad luck. We had already given up. However that was until we met Joann. The minute we met Joann, we got a very good feeling that our luck was going to change. I’m going to use a bunch of adjetives here, however they are all true. Please reach out to Joann, and you can confirm what I’m saying. Joann is for one, relentless! She will do whatever it takes to put you in the best position possible whether it’s buying, selling or renting. By the way I forgot to mention she also found us a great tenant for our rental once we moved into our new home. Joann is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, pleasant, not pushy whatsoever, and with her extensive knowledge, she will guide you through the entire process from A-Z. It was just an all around Great experience. She truly had our best interest at heart. It’s just her personality. She’s a very genuine person. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new home. We love it more everyday and Joann helped make that possible. I’m writing this review to not only help Joann as she helped us, but to also help anyone out there who is looking for a great realtor.
