Kelley Smith’s experience over the past 21 years includes Realtor®, Mentor, Technology Trainer, Assistant Manager and (present) District Sales Manager for the Keyes Company - Hobe Sound office. Kelley is a hands-on manager who is always approachable and available to her agents. She offers weekly training sessions on diverse topics from best practices to obtaining listings, working with buyers, and understanding the nuances of the Florida Contracts as well as the training on the tremendous amount of Technology Tools offered at no cost to her agents.

Kelley is originally from Charlotte, MI and has been a South Florida resident since 1992. She has three main passions: Real Estate, Rescue Dogs and Orchids. If she’s not working on her Real Estate business, she is either running with her hound dogs or tending to her extensive orchid collection.

I have know Kelley for many year now and during that time i never seen her get angry or upset, always a smile on her face. She has always shared her knowledge of real estate with anyone who asked of her. she would stay in the office over time just to assist someone with a contract or questions that needed an answer. If you want to be a true expert in Real Estate, I highly recommend going to the Keyes Hobe Sound office while you still have the opportunity to work with Kelley Smith. If I had someone like her guiding me earlier in my career, I would have been successfully retired long age. I'm coming up on 34 years in the business and I have never known anyone as knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to make herself available to assist anyone anytime, including weekends, and evenings. My manager, Kelley Smith, is the best of the best! She supports her realtors 100% and is always looking out for us and ways she can help us. She holds trainings and meetings on a regular basis and is able to help us through any problem we may have, whether it is a tech problem, a customer problem, or just a simple real estate problem.
