Rita started her real estate career in the mid-80s In Sarasota county. She worked for some of the leading new home construction developers. Rita left Sarasota to develop a vacation rental company in Islamorada Florida. After marrying her husband Gardner Dickinson she moved to Jupiter Florida had two children, Gardner E Dickinson V and Madelyn Dickinson. Rita became sales manager for the Keyes Company developing and mentoring some of the areas leading realtors. Rita turned in her management hat in early-mid 2000 to sell luxury homes in northern Palm Beach county. After achieving numerous accolades and awards for being the areas leading realtor Rita has decided to return to the management to be to mentor and develop our next generation of leading realtors.
