Unfortunately, I am fiercely loyal, and I've been using the same escrow officer for almost 10 years. When Khara's name gets mentioned, I always say she would be on the top of my list if something were to happen with the current escrow officer I use!

The only problem with Khara being my escrow officer is that she ruins it for other escrow officers. When my client does not get to choose and we have to work with someone else it seems excruciating, even if they are competent. Khara is far and above the best I have worked with and I have worked with many in almost 15 years as an agent.
