Thank you for your diligence in this transaction. Even though it was a short escrow and a cash sale, there rarely seems to be a uncomplicated escrow in this day and age, this was however a pleasant exception where everyone did their job and stayed on top of the project. My major concern was the health of my client and whether or not he would be able to see it through (there were days where he obviously could not). The other concern was the tenant who proved to be challenging on her own right.
