With a drive and passion that is unmatched, Loryann Ruthe-Dixon is known as the “Happiest” Escrow Officer. She works tirelessly to bring the best service to her clients, and has spent her entire career in real estate. She found her home in the title and escrow business, and is happily celebrating her 17th year in the industry. She was recognized for her achievements by receiving the Rising Star Award in 2012.
In her down time, Mrs. Ruthe-Dixon works with Swesors, an organization that helps women in need. Because Lawyers Title Las Vegas is involved in several charities, she is participates in as many as possible, letting her contribute to a range of volunteer campaigns.

I've used LoryAnn Ruthe-Dixon repeatedly because she is an awesome escrow officer. Every escrow with her has been smooth, well-communicated, and timely. I can trust her like none other. Sometimes you don't hear what's going on in an escrow and try to get answers but no response from other supposedly "good" escrow officers.. LoryAnn will always return an email promptly or call if necessary. In 22 years as a Realtor, I never found a better escrow office.

Loryann Dixon and Stacy Kramer were always on top of this transaction. This one was difficult because the original escrow was cancelled. Next the 2nd escrow same property was a cash deal contingent upon the sale of another property in Michigan. Then the buyer changed from cash to loan. Thee property in Michigan was contingent upon buyers from Florida obtaining a loan from B of A. Our original close date was 7/28. COE was changed to 8/4 and ultimately closed on 8/7. Loryann's team was consistently on all steps and communicated with the escrow in Michigan. I always feel in the best of hands with Loryann Dixon and Stacy Kramer.
