My main management philosophy is to empower my employees. I know that if I can remove the obstacles that slow down and frustrate my employees, they will be able to give better service to our customers. We are in an industry where Customer Service is the top priority. Employees want a manager that can fix issues quickly and effectively to allow them to focus on the work they really need to do to impress our customers. To succeed in this industry, you have to go above and beyond the customers expectations. Doing this creates long lasting business relationships that will make the company successful now and in the future. Steve Dover is not your typical "title guy". He not only has over 20 years of direct title experience of working a variety of transactions from a simple refinance order to a complex commercial deal, but in his current role as VP of Operations, he leads a team that effectively and efficiently performs above the company's and the client's expectations.
