Lawyers Title is always wonderful to work with, they are responsive in all communications and quick to send the Title Report. After closing escrow they even send a copy of the Grant Deed to the agent, which many Title companies do not do. And they have the Best "briefcase style" file folders which always impresses my buyers when I present them with their complete transaction documents in this beautiful container. Ivan Solis is always great to call upon when I need more of these folders or have any other concerns!

IVAN has been my rep since 2007 it 08. He’s not your typical title company rep that stops by your office and dumps free pens , sticky notes , calendars and other free office supplies - (not that I don’t like free stuff )

Ivan is the best Title Rep I have worked with for the past 14 or more years now. He is always responsive, and can get me a property profile within an hour or or so of ordering it.
