I am so grateful that I had Lisa at my side for my first home purchase. Over the course of the buying process, we encountered a number of “realty-TV worthy” characters that would have shaken most agents. Lisa remained professional and handled some very difficult listing agents with grace and good humor, which is how I like to do business. She was available after hours and weekends and really demonstrated her personal investment in our deal. She also has a vast professional network (mortgage brokers, inspectors, mediators, etc) that add to what she brings to each transaction.
I had no idea how much more I was going to get out of this 8-week program than just the subjects at hand. I learned so much that I can use to make my business more organized and provide better service to not just my clients, but other agents I work with on a transaction. Lisa teaching techniques are simple but detailed so she is easy to understand and she makes sense out of terms and rules that can be perceived in many ways.
