Zach is very knowledgeable, efficient and down to earth. He not only found me a rental place last year, but also walked me through the first time buyer process and all its daunting aspects. He made the whole process very fluid and answered every question I had and more. When I made the offer on the house I just bought, I was going to be out of the country during the majority of the buying process. He helped me schedule all the inspections, and even personally addressed a couple maintenance/ painting requirements needed for my mortgage. Everyone in his team of professionals are very easy to talk to and empathetic. One of the professionals on his team even wrote me a personalized thank you letter for using their service. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Zach as realtor!

I could not recommend Zach as an agent more. I am an easily anxious and stressed out person, and Zach truly made the experience of buying a home a breeze- even when things did not turn out as planned.
