Zach is incredibly easy to work with. He is very on-top of the process for buying a home, and knows the local area extremely well. From beginning to work with him, he was very willing to provide multiple options, and he always let me know when he saw houses that he thought were a good fit for me. He is very good at reaching out when necessary, and handled just about everything in the process for me as efficiently as he could. Zach provided multiple unprompted but extremely welcome gifts during the process. Although one of the homes we attempted to close on did not work out, he did everything that he could to try and work with the selling agent. Zach's expertise with the real estate process and willingness to work with me and ask questions make me more than willing to recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He has multiple connections for just about any potential problems that come up during inspections, and can point you in the right direction towards getting any findings repaired and fixed.

In my profession I get the opportunity to work with many real estate professionals especially realtors. Zach is the best that I have worked with by far. He has an attention to detail for the little things that tend to delay closings. Zach is very knowledgeable, efficient and down to earth. He not only found me a rental place last year, but also walked me through the first time buyer process and all its daunting aspects. He made the whole process very fluid and answered every question I had and more. When I made the offer on the house I just bought, I was going to be out of the country during the majority of the buying process. He helped me schedule all the inspections, and even personally addressed a couple maintenance/ painting requirements needed for my mortgage. Everyone in his team of professionals are very easy to talk to and empathetic. One of the professionals on his team even wrote me a personalized thank you letter for using their service. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Zach as realtor!

I could not recommend Zach as an agent more. I am an easily anxious and stressed out person, and Zach truly made the experience of buying a home a breeze- even when things did not turn out as planned. His confident and level headed demeanor, guided and assured us through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market both on the buyer and seller side. Zach made the sale of our home extremely easy and carefree. He told us it would be quick but I didn't believe him! We received 4 offers in less than 48 hours. Throughout the entire process, he was patient (with us as we looked for another home), organized, answered all our questions and most importantly, funny!
