I interviewed three agents to list my home and hired Carrie without hesitation. Carrie came prepared to the listing presentation with facts and did additional research to answer specific questions that the other agents didn’t do. We received two offers above list price the 2nd day on market. She did not sugar coat anything--she spoke the absolute truth, and ALWAYS had my best interests in mind. When it came time to sell my rental property, I had no idea what to do first. I started by interviewing three realtors, and although they seemed great, their estimates were all over the map. Luckily, I decided to interview a few more. Carrie is one of the next four realtors that I interviewed. Honestly, I was somewhat hesitant to try her because I had never heard of her company, but all of her five star reviews put me at ease and I added her to the list. As soon as I met with her, I knew that she was going to be the one I chose. Her knowledge and professionalism came through with every statement she made. She had ideas for drone footage of the property, 3-D virtual reality walk-throughs of the house and scannable QR codes in the rooms to give more detailed information to potential buyers. All three of these were amazing features in my opinion. When I told her I wanted to list the house for a little bit higher than she was thinking, she said to me “Well… If anybody can get you that price, it’s me!” After all of her hard work we went live and within 24 hours and had our first bid for the higher asking price. Four days later we closed well above listing price. Her communication skills were outstanding and if she couldnt pick up the phone when I called, she would return the call as soon as possible. She was always available for the bizarre questions that would pop into my head. She had wonderful recommendations for a closing attorney and many other things along the way. When the closing got bumped out and things seemed to be moving slow she didn’t hesitate and jumped right in and contacted the other realtor and the attorney to get things back on track for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a property and I will sing her praises to anyone that will listen.
