I interviewed three agents to list my home and hired Carrie without hesitation. Carrie came prepared to the listing presentation with facts and did additional research to answer specific questions that the other agents didn’t do. We received two offers above list price the 2nd day on market. Carrie helped navigate some transactional issues, provided regular updates and stayed in frequent communication with me throughout the process. She hired a professional photographer and did an amazing virtual tour and the photos looked great!!

Nate is absolutely amazing. From the first time we met him he was very friendly and personable. He listened to every inquiry we had and remembered them. He was open to look at any property and even offered to look at other properties that are nearby.
Every question we had that wasn't necessarily a question he would know the answer to during the whole process he was more than happy to answer the best he could, or find someone that could answer it. Even after the purchase of the house he continues to answer questions and comments. I definitely recommend him for any of your home purchasing needs.

Cinnamon Little helped my husband and I find our first house! Cinnamon, her husband, and NextHome are a great team. My wife and I were first-time home buyers not knowing much of what we were getting ourselves in to. Cinnamon broke down the whole process for us in about an hour. And we were lucky enough to find a home that matched our needs after the first set of viewings. Her guidance helped us along the entire process. Cinnamon also went to great lengths to help make sure our home was fit for us to move in with minimal fix-ups after closing.
