I was particularly appreciated their keen attention to detail, ensuring all paperwork was completed accurately and every step of the closing process was handled with care. The day before my closing the walk through to my new home the heat wasn't working properly and she quickly resolved the issue. The day of my closing there was an issue with the pipe and she did a fantastic job getting that resolved too. Highly recommend 😊.

Nichole was just what we needed as our Realtor for selling our house. Even from her first visit, she was able to intuit our needs and wants. She always reassured us about aspects that were hard for us and she stepped in where needed in amazing ways. We ended up moving out of state before the buyer of our home was ready to close, so we left absolutely everything in Nichole's capable hands. She was always available to text updates to us. Savannah quickly responds to any email or text and even phone calls. I always knew she would get right back to me with answers and information I needed. She was on top of other realtors showing our house to let us know and what time they would be there. She also helped with communication with our attorney and even made phone calls on our behalf. I would like to start by saying I don't compose reviews often, however, Nates exclempatory service exceeds any expectation one could have. My home purchase was challenging due to my circumstances being I lived out of state and unable to attend showings or the closing for that matter. He accepted these challenging terms and provided all the resources and tools I needed to make such a big decision on my new home from over 2,800 miles away. He worked with my brother, the loan company, realtors and the lawyers, going above and beyond all the while to ensure I was represented adequately, and ensured I didn't lose opportunity at anytime. Providing videos, video calls and pictures I felt as if I was there all along. When the time came for closing he picked my brother up from his house to the lawyers office. I believe he had car issues at the time of closing. Nates responsiveness and professionalism are unparalleled. When I was able to come to my new home for the first time, I knew I made the right decision. So, once again I want to thank Nate from the bottom of my heart for all his hard work on helping me find my forever home. And I will absolutely use him in the future for any property needs.

Savannah is the best, period. We listed our house at a competitive price and had three offers with 3 days. Unfortunately that first offer fell through due to an unreasonable first time homebuyer, however, when we listed again, we had more offers within a few days. Ultimately, we ended up getting significantly over asking price thanks to Savannah. She guided us through everything in regard the selling process and made it stress free and exciting. We used her to buy our home in 2020, sell our home in 2025 and will continue to use her for any real estate needs. Do not look anywhere else, just give her a call. You won’t regret it!
