Selling my home was a very emotional experience. My husband and I spent 7 years building it and another 35 living in it. Josh was very patient and never applied pressure for us to move forward any faster than we were ready to do. He assisted with suggestions of how to "spruce up the place" so it would show well. He also assisted with arranging for that process to take place. I am most thankful for his willingness to secure my home from a hurricane that was taking aim at my area. He came and put up shutters and then came when the danger had passed to take them down again. He was always in contact and was never unable to be reached through the whole process. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone needing to sell their home

The sale had a lot of ups and downs and complications-no one's fault. Joshua was right there for every issue and made sure my prospective buyers stayed in for the sale. It closed. If you need someone who really gets involved with your sale this is the man.

Josh treated us like family since day one. We saw several homes over the process and he was always ok let’s move on and find something you love with a positive attitude. He went above and beyond to help my family find our home. His knowledge of the business is amazing as him a question and I’m pretty sure he will have a answer on the spot. It did not matter how late it was he responded quickly and very attentive to your concerns. I would recommend him over and over again.

My husband and do recommend Joshua McDonald as a great agent to sell your home. He was willing to hold our hands, hold many open houses, help us with all of our questions and concerns. He was fair minded and honest. He was personal, patient, and professional. Josh is not an agent who is just about listing. He or his wife, also a realtor, attended every showing we had with other real estate agents from different companies. Josh has a good old fashioned work ethic. Joshua was a pleasure to work with. He was probably the most helpful real estate sales person we’ve had in years. He calls back, gets to the point and takes action. He even helped get a painter to work at my Townhouse in one day, including negotiating a good price for me. He also came and picked up the paint for me at my current home as it was heavy. I would use him again.

Joshua went above and beyond in every way! I’ve been a real estate investor, developer, and broker in Colorado for more than 25 years. When I was calling various agents in Florida I’m came across Josh. He took the time to explain the various communities and helped me get comfortable with the area that was right for my family. He worked so diligently and was always sincerely interested in helping us find the right place.. With all my years in the real estate business I’ve never had someone so helpful. Josh was very personable & brought a lot of people in to view the house. I had 3 offers within the first month. After a contract was signed he stayed on top of all the details including following up with the buyers lender. He was head & shoulders above any realtor I have worked with before. I would definitely recommend him if you want a seamless transition between listing and closing.
