Persist, Polished and Professional - Ashley spent a considerable amount of time searching out the location and seller that fit exactly what I was looking. She did an amazing job maneuvering through the nuances of the deal structure and was consistently supportive and encouraging. Ashley came highly recommended when we asked who the top Realtor in the area was. She helped us navigate how to price our home and marketing questions. As luck would have it, our property had interest without marketing. We largely paired our potential buyers up with Ashley and she managed the entire sale/purchase between both parties. Communication was great and questions or concerns got answered quickly. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to be around. My husband and I would highly recommend her.

Ashley was absolutely amazing. Seeing we moved away from the area, we didn’t have the luxury of being able to take care of the little things that occur when you are trying to sell a house. Ashley handled making appointments, such as well water testing and a litany of other tasks, for us since we couldn’t just drop in to take care of it. She recommended people to clear the driveway and cut our lawn and people to make small repairs as needed.

I feel she went above and beyond for us and took a lot of the stress of selling a home off our shoulders.

Ashley was responsive and available to answer questions we had regarding the sale of our home. Even in a tough market for sellers, I feel our home sold in a reasonable timeframe thanks to advertising, open houses, and her connection to the community.

I am so happy we decided to sell our home through Ashley and Next Home Realty. I highly recommend Ashley and Next Home Realty to anyone looking for a home or looking to sell!

Ashley professionally handled virtually every aspect of the sale of our house, including: determining asking price based on market history in our area; arranging for professional photographers to take photos and videos (including drone videos) to best showcase our house to potential buyers; put us in touch with estate/auction experts to sell furniture and personal items we would not be taking with us; and made the title and closing paperwork as easy as possible for us.

To top it off, the entire process from listing to closing took less than 60 days, something we thought would be impossible when we decided to sell this late in the year! We would give her a higher rating if we could, but 5 stars was all that was available to select on the rating scale.

Finally, communication, including phone calls, texts, and emails, continually updated us throughout the entire process.

We give Ashley the highest recommendation-we couldn’t have made a better choice in a realtor!

Ashley was amazing. I had a great experience working with her. From the moment meeting with Ashley, I felt comfortable and confident she would sell our home for us. Ashley did not hesitate to take action, on helping us stage the home and have it photo ready, she knew we had to act fast and immediately got an open house scheduled for realtors and completed the listing.
