My wife and I decided to relocate closer to our daughters after we lost our home of 36 years to a fire. Our oldest daughter happened to be good friends with Mary Margaret and asked Mary if she would help us. Of coarse she agreed, and off to the races she went searching for us! Its hard to to find that perfect home to replace the one you left after so many years. Mary Margaret was simply amazing! We made several trips from Southeast Texas to the Tyler area looking at homes she thought we might like. She never stopped looking for us, staying in close email and text contact. Then It happened, and we found the home that had all the qualities that we had been looking for! We look forward to moving in soon, and it wouldn't have happened without Mary Margaret! We consider her one of the many blessings we have received after the tragic loss of our first home.

My husband & I live 3 1/2 hours away from the Tyler area, where we recently purchased a home. Mary Margaret Anderson was our agent during our search for a new home. She arranged many visitations of homes with our wanted specifications in a very prompt manner. She was such a tremendous help to us and went above and beyond her duties to help us. She saved us many trips back and forth from our current home to our new home we were purchasing, by volunteering to meet inspectors, floor installers, etc. She was very quick to respond and to answer any questions we had and was extremely knowledgeable about the process. Mary Margaret is an absolute amazing realtor and person. She walked me through everything step by step and answered all my questions thoroughly and with a great attitude! This was my first experience buying a home, and house hunting in general. She worked so hard to help me find a home that I loved. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted and valued in a house and i’m so thankful it led me to my beautiful new home! With no doubt I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy/sell!!! She has a great personality, is very trustworthy, and communicates fast and efficiently. She definitely stayed on top of things and handled more than i’m sure I even know. I feel like the process was so smooth for me despite this wild housing market, and it is all thanks to her! :)

Oh Mary Margaret…where to start! You were a huge help from the very beginning. Getting the house ready to go on the market, getting it on the market, and then the showings! Everything went very smooth and easy. Finding us a new home was so easy as well. Any we wanted to see you had a viewing set up within hours and answered all our questions.
