Mary helped us acquire a beautiful house for very favorable terms. She made the out-of-state buying experience very smooth. Mary was always very pleasant, professional, charismatic, and flexible with our schedules. She was very patient and answered all our questions, personally resolved issues we encountered, and was able to direct the closing process masterfully. Mary also looked out for our best interest and even recommended backing out of a deal if we were not convinced we would be getting a house we really liked. Closing was very seamless as she set up a remote notary to help us close from Michigan. She's in a league of her own.
