She was professional, yet friendly; and, most of all, so very caring and empathetic to my situation. Bonnie was nothing short of amazing to work with! She made sure we didn't waste any time, she coordinated all the showings, and made sure we had everything in order to show our home. I’ve know Bonnie for years and knew when I was ready to sell, she’d be my agent. She was on top of everything and helped us get the maximum for our old home. I recommend her to everyone. She is a dynamo with a ton of energy and loves what she does. As a matter fact, the people who bought our place is using her to find a vacation property, they liked her so much.

Bonnie did a great job selling my Sister’s and my home. I dreaded this but once we decided on Bonnie, everything went smoothly. We had an offer within a few days and closed a few weeks later. Very quick and easy. She is a very kind, thoughtful and professional agent who gets the job done. I would absolutely use her again and I recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy or sell.

It is rare to find someone who is totally dedicated to helping you find the perfect home for a new start in your life. That is what Bonnie did for me. After my dear husband, Howard, died suddenly in February, I knew that I wanted to move back to Mooresville to be near family and friends. While I was over four hours away at my home in Carolina Beach, Bonnie drove all around Mooresville seeking the perfect neighborhood and home for me. She sent me emails and text messages with photos, video and information about the houses. However, when she found just the right one, she knew it was perfect for me.
