My husband and I were moving from DC to Charlotte and Kelly made the entire process seamless! She is so attentive to detail and so obviously has her clients best interest at heart. Rick did an amazing job for us, he found us a rental near Lake Norman but also found us an investment property we can get our kids relocated to and they can rent from Mom & Dad. Rick is very quick to reply and when we had to come back to California he was committed to looking for us everyday until we found the right property. He has lived in the area since childhood which aloud him to narrow down areas for us after finding out what our likes and dislikes are. We will eventually be buying our primary home in the area after getting settled and of course we will be reaching out to Rick. Thank you for never giving up on us.

If you are in the market to purchase a home in the Charlotte area you need to give Jake Reed a call. He went on and above to help us find the perfect 2nd home for us. Since we weren't from the area his expertise in assisting with finding someone to do the home inspection or well inspection if you have one. Plus he has lots of other referrals if you need anything pertaining to your home just ask him. I'm definitely going to have our family members call Jake when they are ready to purchase homes. You won't be sorry for calling he'll treat you like family!

Will was by FAR the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. He dealt with my millions of questions, without ever showing an ounce of annoyance and happily explained the entire process as we went through it. Having a small child, who had to tag along for most of the process, can be a bit difficult. Will not only happily accepted her company, but was beyond helpful with her and included her in the process! It is clearly evident that Will is not focused on earning his commission, but focused on genuinely helping families find their perfect house - and work through the process to get a deal that best suits them. There were a few times during this process that it felt like the house of our dreams may not work out, due to lenders or other factors, Will worked tirelessly to help us achieve closing on our dream house! There were many late night or early texts and emails that Will happily replied to. Will put my family first through this entire process, and genuinely cared about helping us - not the money. Originally we met Will by looking at a house that he was helping the owner sell, but his honesty is what drew us to asking him to help us find a house! Will has been upfront, honest, and helpful from beginning to end. Will is the only realtor that I’d feel comfortable suggesting to anyone because I know he puts the people first. As happy as I am to have closed on our house, it’s bittersweet because my family will miss working with him!

I can’t even explain how AMAZING Bonnie is as a realtor. When I say ABOVE AND BEYOND, I truly mean it. We were recommended to Bonnie and had no clue who she was prior and now I just feel like she is apart of my family. Bonnie is very hardworking and dedicated realtor. She helped me and my boyfriend buy our first home. The home buying journey was not easy but she made it 100% better than it ever would have been if we had went with the realtor we had prior. I can go on and on about just how amazing she truly is but this would be pages and pages. Me and my wife have enjoyed working with Michelle. She really is a good person, and even a great realtor. Someone easy to talk to. She has been in the Carolina’s since 2006. She really knows her stuff and the surrounding areas. When I have any questions about a property she is right on top of things. She has a wealth of knowledge, and a lot of good resources and connections for everything related to buying a house. If you ever need anything related to a house she probably Has someone that will pick up the phone or even call you. 10/10. Would recommend.
Rick is a wonderful agent, you could not ask for anyone better. We were having a difficult time with this home we were selling and he sacrificed so much to help us. He is truly a blessing.
