With rising interest rates in 2026, the process took longer than we expected but Michelle was committed from start to finish.

He began working with my wife and I prior to moving to the greater Charlotte region(Lake Norman). Jake was quick to respond and always with sound detailed advice. He first helped us find a rental in a great neighborhood which fit our families needs more than we could have asked for.
We continued to work with Jake about 9 months later to search for a more permanent home and purchase. Same experience. Jake was professional, easy to work with and negotiated great terms with the seller. He has a lot of other resources as well outside of his specific services that have supplemented our process and made it smooth. (Contractor, lenders, movers etc)

Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is so knowledgeable and knows the area so well! We started working with her 2 years ago when we thought we wanted to custom build and were looking for lots. She listened to our needs and showed us several lots. Then we thought about buying an existing home. We lived in another state and had no problems doing FaceTime tours with us. We finally decided to build with a builder in a new community. Michelle was with us every step of the way even towards the end when we were having issues with an appraiser and lender. I couldn't recommend Michelle more!!

Hannah is incredible! As a first time home buyer she will make sure you know what you're looking at and looking for. She does her research and even on a "time frame" will not let you "settle" on a house if it doesn't seem like the right fit. Jake and his team were wonderful to work with! He was extremely flexible to meet our demanding schedules - always making himself available to look at a house, answer questions (24/7,) meet at our eventual home before and following closing, etc. This was even more valuable to us given we were out-of-state buyers. Jake quickly understood our needs/dreams and provided us with a variety of homes to tour that met our criteria, maximizing the time we had available. His knowledge of the individual properties (including buy/sell history) and the local market were paramount in our selection process. He provided great guidance during the offer/negotiation phase and helped us arrive at a very satisfying contract. With a 30-day close, he and his team were very efficient at scheduling and coordinating the multitude of inspections (home, pool, well, septic, etc.) required when purchasing a lake-front home. This commitment to service continued throughout the closing process (working with our lender, title company, seller, etc.) Our closing was quick and without surprise. Post closing, he continues to be helpful and responsive. We are so happy with our DREAM HOME and couldn’t give a bigger endorsement to Jake and his team!
