He was extremely flexible to meet our demanding schedules - always making himself available to look at a house, answer questions (24/7,) meet at our eventual home before and following closing, etc. This was even more valuable to us given we were out-of-state buyers. If you are in the market to purchase a home in the Charlotte area you need to give Jake Reed a call. He went on and above to help us find the perfect 2nd home for us. Since we weren't from the area his expertise in assisting with finding someone to do the home inspection or well inspection if you have one. Plus he has lots of other referrals if you need anything pertaining to your home just ask him. I'm definitely going to have our family members call Jake when they are ready to purchase homes.
