Phenomenal experience! We were incredibly impressed with Heather and how thorough and on top of things she consistently was. It felt like she was our number one cheerleader and support during the whole process. It was easy to know what to expect and felt we could 110% trust Heather had our best interests in mind trying to help us find a new home that fit our needs. I never felt that I couldn’t ask her a question that she wouldn’t have some expertise in (or where to find it) and I loved that I could ask her opinion based on her experience and her give us insights into the pros and cons from what she’s seen without her trying to persuade us on how to make decisions in the home buying process. We never felt pressured to make an offer when we saw a home, even if we liked it and wanted to think about it. During negotiations, Heather showed excellent persuasive strategies to help us get the best deal possible. Also, when our first home inspection scheduled fell through, although we didn’t see it as her fault, she took full responsibility for it and made sure it was rescheduled and confirmed the second time which made me trust her more knowing she would be open if there were any issues during the process and would do whatever needed to help resolve it. We definitely want to use her again when we sell!

Heather walked us through the process of finding and buying a home so that we knew what to expect. She gathered information about us, including why we were looking for a new home, so that she could quickly begin pushing information about pertinent properties to us. As we looked at properties and shared what we liked and didn't like, she made note of that and looked to accommodate those in future properties.
We did much of the transaction from out of town. Heather was very willing to quickly tour properties of interest, using FaceTime to share the experience with us, and Marco Polo of those of particular interest so that we had a more permanent set of videos which we could review later (which we did often!).

Heather is absolutely amazing. We cannot possibly thank her enough for the wonderful job she did. Both in helping us search for our new home, and helping us sell our old home, she was kind, professional, knowledgeable, brilliant with negotiating, and helped us with every step of the process. The pictures she had taken of our home were beautiful and helped us sell very quickly even in a slowing market. We appreciated her attention to every detail. She worked hard to help us save money and go through the trasaction smoothly. We also appreciated her calm, cheerful, and kind manor, while staying professional, it helped us stay calmer too, even through the emotional rollercoaster home buying and selling! Heather quickly assessed our needs, likes, and dislikes, and was able to find homes in areas that we liked. She got it down so well and we trusted her so much that we ended up making an offer on a house we hadn't seen in person. We are in the house now and really like it and the area.
