When we decided to purchase our next adventure we contacted Steve and Jayme. They listened to our wish list and immediately got to work. Steve was very quick to respond to our questions and sent us multiple homes that fit our needs. When we would go look at a house, he would point out various things to look at in the house as well as some things to consider. They would listen to us as we walked through the homes and gauge the next showings off of our conversations. We were “over the moon” excited when we finally found our dream! When we decided we wanted to possibly purchase a cottage we contacted Steve. We didn’t know what area of State at first. We looked all over northern Michigan touring dozens of cottages and put a lot of miles in between. Steve was always on top of listings as they came out and up to showing us cottages around the State no matter how far away. We finally found the one and could not be more happy with our experience.

Steve is an amazing real estate agent! I was very diligent about staying on top of new listings and pointing out only the listings he thought met our interests as to not waste too much of our time house hunting. With his impeccable negotiation strategies Steve gave us the option to offer them free occupancy while they searched for their new home and for that reason, they accepted our offer, which was actually $10K less than another offer!
