When we decided to purchase our next adventure we contacted Steve and Jayme. They listened to our wish list and immediately got to work. Steve was very quick to respond to our questions and sent us multiple homes that fit our needs. When we would go look at a house, he would point out various things to look at in the house as well as some things to consider. They would listen to us as we walked through the homes and gauge the next showings off of our conversations. We were “over the moon” excited when we finally found our dream! When we decided we wanted to possibly purchase a cottage we contacted Steve. We didn’t know what area of State at first. We looked all over northern Michigan touring dozens of cottages and put a lot of miles in between. Steve went above and beyond to find me a house and made the whole process easy. He even visited a property and took videos of the home and property for me because I was out of town and the home fit my criteria. He was very prompt, flexible, professional and down to earth.
