My family and I started the journey of purchasing a home about 11 months ago. I had borderline unrealistic expectations for what I wanted in a home that was in my price range. I went through 2 other realtors before I was referred to Eddie by a friend and it felt like both of them were just there for the sale.
Eddie was different from the start. He took the time to listen to what both my wife and I wanted in a home. He was nit-pickey alongside me about things that were/ weren't acceptable and options on how to fix them. He really saw the bigger picture of what my wife and I really wanted (which were pretty different desires in our country mouse city mouse ways) and found us a great compromise!
He was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, suggesting strategies and hints the more he got to know us. Most important of all, he was always available. In my line of work I dont get a lot of free time and I have an inappropriate schedule at best and he was there flexible as ever sometimes with his wife who you'd swear was Joanna Gaines 😂.
In short, I dont think my family would have the wonderful home we do if it wasnt for him. It was a long, rough battle with lots of highs and lows in our price range but we made it, thanks to Eddie!
