Terry is very attentive! He's very quick to respond to messages, gave us unbiased opinions about what is important to think about in an old vs new home. He is knowledgeable about home inspectors and recommended someone who was very thorough. We are happy with our home and would recommend Terry as a realtor without hesitation!

Terry did a great job figuring out exactly what I was looking for in a home, the area I was looking for, and approximate price range. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about not just the real estate side of home buying but the mortgage side as well. Terry was on top of new listings and had no problem keeping in contact with me. I feel Terry went above what he needed to do to help me. As a first time home buyer, you couldn't ask for a better realtor. Terry called me and asked if he could list my house as I had it for sale by owner. At first I was hesitant as I am a realtor myself in Illinois and most recently licensed in Iowa as well. After chatting with Terry a couple of times I decided he was the "go to" guy for selling my house. I would choose Terry 10/10 times! He was through, easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional!
